Shipping
Honest timing, not a guaranteed date.
Core° ships from St. Petersburg, Florida. Orders are not open yet — this page describes how shipping will work from the Founding Release onward, so you know before you buy rather than after.
Where we ship
United States only at launch. We are not shipping internationally for the first release: a single jar crossing a border attracts customs handling and duties that we cannot currently quote accurately, and we would rather not ship than surprise you with a bill.
Carrier
USPS Ground Advantage, with tracking on every order.
Processing time
We aim to pack and hand over orders within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a US public holiday begin processing the next business day.
Transit time
USPS Ground Advantage typically takes about 2–5 business days after we hand the parcel over.
That is an estimate based on the carrier's published service, not a promise from us. Once a parcel leaves our hands, its speed is the carrier's to control, not ours. We will never show you a countdown to a delivery date we cannot guarantee.
Shipping cost
Shipping is charged at cost and is calculated at checkout once the packed weight and dimensions of the finished jar are confirmed with our manufacturer. We are not publishing a rate before we can honour it.
We do not offer free shipping on a single jar. On a $45 product, absorbing postage would mean either a thinner product or a higher price, and we would rather charge you honestly for the postage than quietly build it into the jar.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after it is issued — this is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
If something goes wrong
If your order arrives damaged, arrives as the wrong item, or does not arrive at all, email support@coregrooming.com and we will make it right at our cost. See Returns for the detail.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address you give us. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually correct it before the parcel is handed to USPS, but not after.
